  • Deliver Software Asset Management engagements based on client SOW.

Operations Services Specialist

We offer a contracted role designed to optimize lead sharing, funding, and incentives for your Microsoft, AWS or GCP partnership. Focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, our service is tailored to meet the unique needs of each partner by delivering the following activities:

  • Creation of processes for Sales Operations resulting in effective lead sharing and funding tracking

  • Timely sharing of leads through Co-sell/ACE/Partner Advantage

  • Closing of all leads created through Co-sell/ACE/Partner Advantage

  • Accurate tracking of incentives

  • File all paperwork to ensure Claiming Partner of Record is captured

Channel Strategist

We offer a contracted role to evaluate your current channel recruitment processes and boost results. We will collaborate with you to develop effective strategies and tactics to enhance your channel business by delivering:

  • Creation of processes for channel operations that are customized and designed to support in driving effective partner recruitment and lead generation

  • Creation a channel budget for partner recruitment and development

  • Accurate tracking and presentation of channel metrics

  • Setting recurring meetings with channel partner teams

  • Contribute to building of channel growth plan and Go-To-Market plan
