Our Microsoft License Helpdesk provides partners with expert resources with 50 years of experience in the partner ecosystem. We provide call-based support as needed for licensing programs and product use rights, as well as quarterly license or product training for your team.

  • Answer Microsoft Product Use Rights questions.

  • Schedule calls with sales team members to resolve client Microsoft licensing issues.

  • Provide quarterly Microsoft license or product training for team members.

  • Provide updates to Microsoft license changes as they are released.

M365 Optimization Engagment

The M365 Assessment works to determine recommendations for the best license type and agreement for clients by the client user profiles, true software requirements and future plans.

  • Review of client user profiles and technology requirements.

  • Prepare M/O365 report with recommendations on how the client should license its users for cost effectiveness.

  • Delivery of M/O365 client report with license mix recommendations.

Microsoft Server Engagement

This assessment determines the current license entitlements for client's Microsoft servers such as Windows and SQL. Our approach is to analyze the existing client agreements to help reduce risk, optimize cost savings and identify cloud opportunities.

 

  • Provide Windows Server and SQL Server license entitlement or purchase history as well as Azure server report for Hybrid Use benefits

  • Use internal discovery tools to gather Windows Server and SQL Server installed data. 

  • Analyze and reconcile license entitlement and installed data. Compare license entitlements to installed data to identify over-or under-licensing.

  • Prepare and deliver Effective License Position (ELP) and recommendations to reduce the client’s exposure.

Software Asset Management Workshop

The Software Assest Mangement Workshop is designed to help your clients understand SAM and build an internal best practice for software lifecycle management

  • Provide SAM baseline knowledge and dive into the current and desired future state of the client's software licensing

  • Prepare workshop report summarizing current and future state along with recommendations and a roadmap to the future state.

If and when your client receives an audit notification from Microsoft our team of license experts can act as your 3rd party resource to provide Microsoft with your client's Estimated License Position (ELP). 

  • Use internal discovery tools to gather Windows Server and SQL Server installed data and Azure Hybrid Use benefits

  • Analyze and reconcile license entitlement and installed data. Compare license entitlements to installed data to identify over and under licensing.

  • Provide recommendations on significant ELP differences to reduce the client’s exposure

Our FinOps engagement is designed to help your client get the most value from their cloud deployments in Azure and AWS. 

  • Analyze the past and current cloud spend in Azure or AWS.
